Note: Copying text from these PDF files for use in bulletins is possible, but differs slightly depending on the version of Adobe Reader that you use (when you open Adobe, it tells you which version you have). For Adobe Reader 5.0, at the top of the page is a button that has a capital "T" with a dashed-line box beside it. This is the "text select tool." Clicking on this button changes your cursor to a vertical line.
Place the cursor at the beginning of the text you wish to copy, hold down the left mouse button, and drag the cursor over the text (text becomes highlighted). When you have come to the end of the text you want to copy, simply release your left mouse button, click your right mouse button over the highlighted text, and choose "Copy." Right-click your mouse on the destination document, then select "Paste."
For Adobe Reader versions 6.0 and higher, the "text select button" looks slightly different: instead of a "T," the button (located right beside the "hand" button at the top of the page) has a picture of a cursor on it with an arrow to the right of it. Follow the above directions for the copy/paste function.
